Vanessa Mourino, formerly Enable Me’s customer service manager, was promoted to operations manager. In her new role, Mourino works directly with customers and liaises between internal Enable Me teams, including logistics, management, service, outside sales, and manufacturers. Mourino was the finance assistant at Enable Me prior to joining the customer service team, allowing her to gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of company operations.
Isabella Bovero was promoted to customer service team lead from customer service specialist. As team lead, Bovero continues to challenge her team to help customers improve the quality of their lives with the Enable Me product line. Bovero joined Enable Me after completing a variety of internships focusing on communications, public relations and digital marketing.
